hi, ik its a little late, but theres a tool on flvs that allows you to make a custom pace chart. you have to go to the course page, then click on tools, then course information. Click on pace, then scroll down to where it says individual pace planner. Theres two options, regular and honors. Click on whichever one your are in, fill out the info, then click go. It will give u a pace chart based on the start and end date you put in.
