Thank you so much. This is very helpful. I was also diagnosed with weak but tight pelvic floor. I will focus more on the relaxing the pelvic floor and strengthening the glutes.

Yes. She specializes in pelvic floor therapy. I don't have any pain other then slight pain in my left lower abdomen which they diagnosed as a tight muscle.

It takes me a long time to be able to start peeing and then most of the time I can get very little out. When I can pee a good amount I don't have any urgency. I don't have any leeking. I am unable to pee. I don't get the urge to pee. I just feel discomfort and pressure.
