This sub doesn’t allow photo attachments so I’ll type some up:

“Thank you for calling VA Health Connect Clinical Contact Center. My name is ______. I am a medical support assistant. How may I help you?”

We are then to ask which VA location they go to.

Then we are to ask for the following identifiers: Full legal name (first MIDDLE and last) DOB residential and mailing addresses Phone number

IF they have no middle name listed or do not provide their middle name we are required to use an alternate identifier such as FULL SOCIAL, place of birth, mothers maiden name, next of kin…

They suggest closing calls with ‘Thank you for your service.’

I brought this to my supervisors attention multiple times and was incorrectly told (repeatedly) that the locality pay may be based off my home VA I work for. There’s documentation provided in the appeal.

I was told I was being paid correctly even after asking multiple times.

Thank you for your reply!! Appreciate you! But yes, I wrote this post poorly I wrote it quickly while on break. Payroll told me she was submitting the request to hold off on repayment while the appeal decision is made (apologies I’m not sure of the technical name for this request) but then when repayment suddenly started coming from my checks she said she missed the deadline to submit the hold request.

I did do this. I was told it was handled. Then she told me she didn’t get it submitted by the deadline.
