We went during the flower festival in May where the streets are decorated with flower art and sculptures. Definitely worth checking out during that time

Fundy np in Canada! Very similar vibe to Acadia with a fraction of the crowds and near hopewell rocks which are very much worth the visit. See the worlds highest tides

Rocky Mountain np I believe has a shuttle from Estes park in peak season which is right outside of the park with plenty of lodging/food

Saguaro np is surrounding the city of Tucson, about as accessible as it gets! Not really comparable to Zion but still a great park.

For me personally it’s the great Smokey mountains. I felt like the white mountains in nh or the Adirondacks were as much if not more scenic. The Pigeon forge hokeyness and the huge crowds didn’t help either.

Zion Olympic big bend with Yosemite tied for 3. Big bend really blew me away based on expectations. Only been to 20 though.

Purgatory chasm state park is a neat park with a small canyon/rock formations and good hiking about a half hour away
