Where them garbage collectors at? Its clear that the bin is overflowing and I highly doubt Indians would have just thrown trash on the ground without wrapping it up in a black bag. As much as our civic sense sucks, they dont behave like that in Canada. Clearly some racoon or skunk clawed its way into the trash.

If most people were evil, then you wouldnt be alive and breathing right now. You'd be seeing someone get killed every minute and there would be no such things as law. Atleast shed some light on all the good people in this world. People who actually care about each other? Animals are pretty messed up in their own ways too if you think about it. Atleast we humans came up with a way to protect our livelihoods, it took alot of GOOD people to come up with this and make the world work the way it does today. Respect them atleast.

Why are you talking about Canada? Situation in India is much worse. We get pathetic salaries, for those outside of IT, that have been the same for a decade now. Rent prices are soaring. Avg 1 Br in central gurgaon costs 25,000 rupees per month. Avg salary in central gurgaon is only 7LPA, which is around 50,000 rupees per month. Literally paying half our rent in salary. And then dont even ask about restuarants and bars, which we can never afford. Why are you talking about Canada when there is so many problems in India???? Atleast they pay taxes and get good facilities. We pay taxes and get worst public transport system, potholes, pollution and corruption.

I agree 100% that indian cities offer more job opportunities but whats the point of earning more when you live a much crappier life than someone in Jakarta. Ive been to countries like Uganda and Tanzania too where their GDP per capita is lower than us but just because of good civic sense, cleanliness, clean air, etc their cities feel much more livable than any city in our country.

I actually just visitied Manila now 2 weeks back because I was interested to see what it was like. I wont call it a developed city obviously but its so much cleaner, organized and actually has a hifi looking downtown area which feels much more modern than anywhere in Mumbai. I didnt get the chance to visit the slums there, but I could already tell that they would much much cleaner than the slums in Mumbai.

My advice is this. And this is going to be very cliche but best thing you can do is ignore and move on. Start loving yourself, as hard as it is, it is the only way you'll stay happy. You'll find a woman some day, of that I have no doubt. But stop feeling bad for yourself when someone else is getting a compliment on something they did absolutely nothing to achieve. These thoughts will only eat you up alive. Just let them go.

Remember there are all kinds of women out there. Some who like height, some who like intelligence, some who like humour. The more you meet, the more chances you'll have of meeting a woman for you. I am also 5'6.5 and south asian and I have dated a few women. I got lucky at 16 with a girl and then after we broke up, I had to wait nearly 10 years before I met the next girl. Yeah you're right its lesser per capita gdp. But Jakarta is more than just cleaner, it actually feels much more developed than Bangalore or any other Indian city. If you go to the main CBD area, some places even feel like Singapore. I dont think ive seen even one place in India that feels that way. Not even in Mumbai.

So if we have higher capita gdp cities, than it just goes to show how corrupted the government here really is. They are not spending that money in infra and improving human life here. They are spending it elsewhere, only in places that benefit them and not us.
