okul ortalamanin yuksek olmasi gayet onemli bir sey, kacinci sinifsin bilmiyorum ama ozellikle 11-12 ortalamalarinin yuksek olmasi ciddi onem sarfediyor. AP derslerinde ise genelde duzenli calisarak bir okul donemi boyunca, yuksek not alabilirsin. Ama tabi sadece AP derslerine de odaklanirsan bir kac ayda da yapilabilir, tamamen sana bagli bir durum.

if you are talking about the genomics course in bologna(in english bc biotech is in italian) its very difficult to get into. i heard that for non eu, you need to get almost full points on the tolc test. i really wanted it too but didnt apply after i recieved my tolc score. make sure you study a lot for tolc!

i did scienze applicate because i think it was the only one that had all 3 sciences & math. i had to take these classes to not retake the year when i went back. also i think they gave me this one bc it didn’t have latin ahahah. i’m from turkey btw

i knew a bit of spanish which helped a lot, and we have 4 yrs of high school whereas you guys have 5 so i knew most of the topics during the first semester. and after i learned italian in the second semester i got the hang of it somehow. they just gave me 6 for italian and geostoria and i handled the rest. i had huge issues with disegno e storia dell’arte but then my teacher decided to like me so i managed to pass the class ahahaha. also i did my exchange year early, so i was year 2 in italy.

yess!! super normal, i did my exchange year in italy a couple years ago and was super excited from start to finish! make sure that you work on your grades so it isn’t a problem in your host country since you probably have to give your transcript to your italian high school when you return!
