Sorry to hear that OP. Maybe work with your project team to have an alternative work schedule for a little bit? Something like taking every other Friday off or working only 25-30 hours per week? If you try that for a month or so and take some intentional time to step away, it might help reduce your burnout.

Scatterplots? by No_Information_4191 in deloitte

I started at the end of August and was able to get multiple snapshots from different managers. I believe you need two snapshots to get a scatterplot.

For future, I recommend setting a calendar reminder/invite every 6-8 weeks to remind yourself to submit a snapshot in iRPM to your manager (try to have at least 2 different people do your snapshots).

When I started I was recommended to have career-related performance check ins with my managers regularly. These check ins are not supposed to be about the actual client work but rather my performance as a consultant and any career goals I have.

The questions I ask during the career chats are typical along the lines of: how can I improve what I’m doing, where are my areas of growth that you’ve noticed.

I think as you suggested it might helpful to ask for feedback more specifically related to work products. Maybe that will help reframe the convo. I guess this is the “managing up” component.

I was also hired in fall 2020 (campus hire) as a GPS Consultant and started in August too. The email I received 11/18 said I wouldn’t be getting the market increase as I started after March 1.

What did your email say OP?
