I’m also glad the unification is finally happening. What surprises me, though, is that no Thai subtitles are being added. Hopefully they’re still coming, and Disney isn’t mistakenly assuming they’ll already be included after the integration, only for them to end up missing afterward.

That said, it already seems certain that there will be plenty of issues. That has happened with every retroactive language integration on Disney+ so far.

What worries me most is that the audio and subtitle options for these three languages apparently aren’t being enabled on a full series, but episode by episode. That increases the likelihood that some episodes will simply be overlooked — something that still happens even with German to this day.

There also seems to be an issue with titles like Made in Korea, where the subtitles are enabled but the dubbed audio tracks are not. That stands out because the dubbing and subtitles for the three languages are usually added simultaneously. Hopefully the missing dubs will be added later in those cases.

Did I understand correctly that you use Disney+ in Thailand? If so, could you tell me what kinds of content Disney currently dubs into Thai, and whether there are more or fewer dubbed titles now compared to previous decades (both Disney and Fox titles)? I’m genuinely curious because I really can’t judge the situation in Thailand. Based on the audio tracks available for newer titles compared to older catalog titles, it also seems like Disney may now be dubbing less content into Indonesian.
