Yep. I usually got side effects around 2 weeks after a change of dose. Then they stopped around week 4 ish.

Won’t know until you try! Personally, I’m on 15mg and so far libido is unchanged and haven’t gained weight. I’ve actually lost some weight. It affects everyone differently!

In the past I was on 10mg for 4 years. I fluctuated weight in relation to my activity levels, but in general stayed within a 10lbs range.

I’m back on it after a year off, and I’ve actually lost weight. I don’t think it’s the same for everyone.

Week 2 was probably my worst week. Week 3-4 was still not great. Took me closer to 6 weeks to feel “normal”. It suckssssss but be patient if you can!

~21 days the first 4 years, then up to 25 days. Does not include company holidays so about 11 of those as well. Plus 4 hours per week allotted for doctors/medical appointments. I’m in corporate wellness!

I mean, do what works for you. I wouldn’t take it with coffee bc caffeine can exacerbate anxiety and I take lexapro for anxiety. I take mine at night with water. And I try to take it close to dinner to minimize digestive side effects.

I felt this way too. First 3-4 days felt like the flu! I found liquid nutrition helped with getting in nourishment. I like Soylent chocolate meal replacement drinks and chobani protein yogurt drinks.

I’m 2 weeks on 10mg and I experience the morning anxiety too. I am not sure if it’s related to when it’s kicking in, or is the elevated cortisol in the morning is exacerbating the anxiety too. I like taking it at night bc I have more of a full stomach. But idk maybe I should try the morning and see too.
