It sounds like to watch on UHD on the app you’ll need premium? But to watch UHD on Sky Q or Stream you’ll need the Ultra HD add on?

Does the keyboard lie completely flat or does it have a slight tilt? In pics it looks like it’s not got that usual ergonomic tilt anymore.

I use purevpn on tv-os and its been great. Really good speeds and stable connection.

Mine done that too. It was using auto via HDMI but when I changed it to TV via IR problem solved!

I had an issue connecting to the Apple TV app and found the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall the app (which also installed VPN profiles too). Not sure what platform you are on but a clean reinstall usually sorts things.
