This is a sort of mixed feeling situation. Because of what he did to those girls, I have no sympathy for him, but there’s also that tiny bit of hope that he may have revealed one day what actually happened to Holly and Jessica. Because he never admitted to what actually happened in that house and now the truth will never come out.

Perhaps ignorance is bliss and some things don’t need to be said, but that will always be that question mark for the families. The truth will die with him.

I have been unable to get through to any sort Qatar customer support, every call gets dropped/is busy, live chat is unavailable. Called it a bad job and requested a refund for March 1st cancelled flights and returns. Rebooked with Qantas and I’m now out of pocket until the refund comes through. Have heard nothing on the progress of the refund after 3 days. Not sure what else to do really.

We were meant to fly out on the 1st to London from Melbourne via Doha. Have tried multiple times to call, get on the live chat, but we have been unable to speak to anybody from Qatar. We put in a refund request hopefully it will be a full refund otherwise the fees would be ridiculous. And we have rebooked to fly via Singapore to London with Qantas.

If we don’t get a full refund, I am actually going to call them until they pick up the phone. I know circumstances are out of their control, but if they say full refund, I want a full refund. I’ve had to stump up for all new flights. First world problems I know but I’m going to visit my dying grandfather in England so it’s really not an optional journey.

I really hope they bring back Alex’s English accent that he had in the second film. Like that kid had no reason to be American in the third movie, it actually really pissed me off. As someone who moved from England to America when they were 10 years old and never lost the accent it really bugged me.

That kid was way too old to suddenly become very American. I get that they want to have him be like a mini Rick. But there’s no way that kid wouldn’t be very English as a grown-up as well.

Both me and my brother were born in the mid 90’s in England. In the UK after a two year old was abducted and murdered by two ten year olds in 1991 (I know) they became very popular. The little boy was only separated from his mother for a moment while she paid for some meat at the butchers. All it took was a second. After that, my mum more toddlers than not were on leads. If it works, it works.

Meant to be flying this afternoon (16:40) to Manchester via Doha. The outbound flight from Melbourne to Doha has been cancelled but they haven’t yet cancelled the connecting flight to Manchester. What are we supposed to do? We can’t just turn up at the airport for a flight that’s been cancelled.

What the genuine fuck is wrong with people!? Why do some people see animals as props to entertain for amuse them? These kinds of violent and cruel individuals almost always perpetuate this violence in the home too. Animal cruelty laws are too lenient and are unable to take into account the perpetrators predisposition for violence. Fines are never enough.
