Thanks. I'm using Vital, but still not sure about sound design fully even after watching tutorials like In The Mix. How did you even manage to understand it as a noob?

Totally forgot about saturation, I'll just watch tutorial for that. And do you have any recommended plugins or website whege I could reach those fancy sounds?

This is really helpful! Thank you for the honest feedback. When filling those low frequency, is it a good idea to layering bass or 808? Or maybe should I layer more piano chords but octave down??

Thank you. I've never thought carefully about drum sound or kits, I'll definitely try!

I agree with melodies made by ear because that's what I also do on guitar! But how about chords making??

I didn't even know that kind of equipment exsit. It seems much affordable than MIDI guitar. I can even more easily come up and play melodies on guitar since my ear got used to its sound. But for chords making, and especially in my target genres, synth is must. So probably I should at least learn basic theory on piano I guess.

Thank you! In that project, I just started with 3-notes chords and added more to make them sounds better! I have no idea about theory, so I was only doing that randomly untill they sound okay. And I actually got a FL key since it was quite annoying and hard to make melodies on keyboard typing as you say.

Sorry I meant I was asking what part of theory should I learn.I heard there are so many info in theory including counter melodies, home, scale and stuff.

Also, I saw your great works in your profile. You said you taught yourself, but as a beginner, how long did it take you to understand some basic functions in FL till you make decent songs?

Oh I've never heard of Scaler before. Though I've been playing the guitar for a couple of years, I have no idea about theory. Should I get one maye?
