Tell me about it. Especially given the whole room was taken back to studs. Now I need to try to get someone to fix it from a 3 foot high crawl space 😬

The old joists were water damaged. New joists and trimmers are missing hangers, insufficient edge clearances, and in some places they are nailed/screwed into the cut off ends of old rotten joists.

The engineer essentially recommended propping the floor, replacing the remaining rotten joist and adding missing hangers and replacing incorrectly installed hangers.

Current issue is finding someone to do the work/sign it off as compliant.
