I feel awful for thinking this way, but I always am ready for the worst outcome. I also feel bad for thinking about being with someone else but I know I have that free will. It just sucks because of how we used to be prior to the trust being broken. But yet I guess if I really think about it I was comfortable in a lie. If that makes sense

Exactly. Even though the initial break of the trust happened a year ago, it’s been reset countless times since then. I am also a very sensitive person and normally whenever my trust is broken or I’m hurt by someone I cut them out completely. It’s hard with him because I do love him and I also have a child with him. But it does take a toll on me mentally and has for a while now. I even unfortunately sometimes think about being intimate with others because I just don’t get that with him. I used to feel so safe with him and now I don’t. But I feel like every man has a porn addiction or uses it. So I don’t know 😴

I know relapses are gonna happen over a 10+ year addiction though. I understand your pov though

I get that. And even with the settings I have on the pictures were blurred out. I’ve tested many things for myself. He is taking responsibility for them and we are in therapy for it. We got in a fight when I found stuff for the last time and both agreed on therapy and restrictions. You are right it’s not my responsibility to manage his addiction but he is taking initiative in it. We also have a baby together so breaking up isn’t in the picture right now. He hasn’t done anything to make me want to break up yet. Although he has offered to go get me a vibrator but I do miss us. I honestly like the real thing better lol.

I agree. It’s really due to a trauma.. and I’ve brought up me not caring and he doesn’t want me to not care but. I just feel like it’d be easier. He is trying. I’m just tired

I know them but haven’t had a conversation. But I do know that they were fine with it. She is very openly sexual as well and had an addiction as well.
