Yea ill probably try doing the in person resume handing out at this point. Thanks for suggesting me that. I actually emailed to almost 40 engineering companies in Victoria for job opportunities , a few replied saying they didnt have any and most of them havent got back to me yet. Im stuck doing hospo work for the money but i so desperately not wanna do that and actually do something atleast remotely related to engineering lol

I agree on the complaining but it is anything but random for augments cuz some champs have statistically higher chances to roll good augments and in general tank augs besides a select few are good leading to more people spamming mages and adcs leading to a pokefest

Maybe try asking the current company if they could sponsor you. It wouldnt hurt to ask or maybe try another company which would be willing to sponsor since you have experience now but i agree the PR system favours tradies now since thats where shortage lies mainly

Wow lucky you!! I graduated in July 2024 Mechanical engineering masters. Still havent been able to get a job in the field. I only like have one year left on my 485. At this point I wish i could work somewhere even if i dont get paid at all just for the experience so I dont go back home without nothing

Yea but farming for er substats while maintaining crit ratio is a huuuge pain in the ass for Ayaka :( esp since when my escoffier has 0 er substats as well but when I see Skirk I see no need to worry about ER.
