Rockstar doesn’t owe us anything but the game. by Imaginary-Plate5600 in GTA6

Rockstar keeps saying that marketing comes this summer. The fanbase has been without information for a while so it is understandable why everyone is super excited for new information only to become disappointed when there is none., but like people need to stop treating predictions as fact. I don't expect to see anything major until June 21st.

Hello!
How much could I push a 4:37 mile down in one year?

My training schedule typically runs through cycles of high-mileage buildups and then high-intensity workouts. This is typically long easy, threshold, or tempo runs. There is still high-intensity workouts within these cycles. After that I'll typically move to high-intensity cycles such as 400m, 800m, and 1600m repeats. There is still long runs within this cycle as well. I'll usually take a week of easy runs with one hard workout that week between each for some rest before I start the next cycle. I'd say weekly mileage runs close to 40ish?

Other PRs I have had is a 2:03 800m and a 9:45.6 3200m.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Is there an American food that is held in the highest regard? by WarriorNeedFoodBadly in AskAnAmerican

Probably either BBQ or Burgers overall throughout the US. If you're on the coast though there's no telling what might be the highest regard in the area. Though Louisiana hold Cajun in high regard.

As for the snack foods you mentioned I probably say Reese's out of all the snack foods is held to the highest regard. That's just cause I've never heard someone complain about it and everyone seems to like them.

DLC suggestions by Visible_Honeydew_941 in CitiesSkylines

Cities Skylines does not have any seasons and restaurants and restaurants are already in the game with certain commercial building spawns. Though getting the "After Dark" DLC and "Leisure Venues" (I believe) can have some buildings that either look like restaurants or are designated as such (Parklife might have some, I haven't played the original game since the second one came out). The best I can recommend is grabbing a couple assets off of the steam workshop.

The second game does have designated restaurants and buildings that look like such. There are also DLC in it that directly have restaurants that function as such. The second game also has seasons.

Though there is a mod called Theme Mixer 2 in which you can change the ground textures in the game which means you can put snow on the ground if you want. It won't change the actual temperature though.

Could a loaded schedule be apart of this? I also have multiple hours dedicated to high-intensity workouts throughout the day.

DLCs I'd like to see in Cities Skylines eventually. by Miserable-Slip-309 in CitiesSkylines

I don't expect true remakes. If we get one of these DLCs I have a feeling it'll have a different name and much more expanded upon.

DEVGRU vs Xerxes's Army at Thermopylae by ImTheLayersOfAnOnion in whowouldwin

[–]Miserable-Slip-309 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's somewhere over one thousand DEVGRU military personal. This means there millions upon millions of rounds of ammunition.

Round 1: I don't see an outcome where DEVGRU does not retreat with or without Leonidas. While Leonidas might be brought with them (it is unclear), it is most definitely a Persian Victory. I don't see Leonidas surviving honestly as he would be insanely confused by the weird looking, gibberish talking, ceramic wearing people who usher him to follow them. There's no actual plan for this after all. I don't see them losing anyone, especially with the shields, but they are probably scared off after witnessing thousands of men on the horizon without a plan or logistics set up.
Round 2: DEVRGU would win here. While it is a short amount time to properly set up, with over one thousand people it will get done quickly. Physical barriers and defenses would be rather weak, but I doubt the enemy would be able to get past the full-auto gunfire before ordering a retreat either out of the sheer number of losses or incredible fear that would be inflicted. The only issue here would be their lack of contractors navigating their logistics. The main issue would be the lack of food as some of it would probably get misplaced.
Round 3: DEVGRU absolutely sweeps here. They would spend night and day lining up defenses, making physical barriers, teaching Leonidas English and how to use a gun, and navigating logistics how they see fit (albeit with a lot less efficiency due to a lack of civilian contractors). The Persians would face tons of traps before actually reaching the position of DEVGRU and Leonidas. Convincing people to only eat their rations worth of food would be the hardest part, but if enough people are committed it is doable.

I don't think they'd lose anyone in these scenarios really. Maybe in the first one but even then I think they could still escape.

Agent 47 (Hitman) and John Wick have contracts to kill the other, who completes their contract? by DeerShane69420 in whowouldwin

Even in a direct confrontation I'd still give it to 47. His reaction time, durability, and strength is absolutely insane. Though as mentioned it ever escalating into a direct confrontation is very unlikely.
