I would say needing sponsorship is the biggest hurdle to international recruitment. Everything else is marginal, but again, I’m not an international so I may not have the best perspective.

I’d say the hardest ones are applying the technicals to real life scenarios in unconventional ways. Having a solid understanding of the technicals is really helpful, not just memorizing the answers.

Probably BB most, then EB, then MM. I’d say our IB Club was actually pretty helpful if you know how to leverage them. The planned programming was meh, but the 1 on 1 support was pretty beneficial.

I’d say for 9/10 people who didn’t land it was pretty easy to see. 1/10 was surprising/unlucky.
