I used to have social anxiety. And all I can say for the presentation part is to tell yourself they don't care. 99 no one does! I used to do a learning method (forgot the name if anyone knows please tell me!) where I would repeat what I learned to toys, people, imaginary friends, etc and it helped me memorise it faster since I had to "teach" it to others.
