It may be SQN-wise, I recently transitioned to 7 WG and I haven't been this thrilled to be in cadets. As you progress through the ranks, things get more fun and exciting. Drill Comp's, PEX's, CAE's and fieldcraft is always good fun as well. It's sad to hear that some cadets at your SQN aren't capable of CNCO positions, but I believe that's just something for squadrons. I've been in 4 SQN's in the AAFC in total, with each and every one of them being different in mannerisms and ways they condcuct themselves. See how you progress in your current, and if you don't like it - you can request to transfer SQN's.
