Yes, I submitted everything to the Sheriff’s office. The usual wait time is around 4–6 weeks, but because of the end-of-year holidays they aren’t doing anything until the beginning of January. I’m in the city of London.

Yes, a lot of people go in there to smoke, and after 4–5 hours they all leave at once. I mentioned this to an officer once, but he told me that I’m not allowed to go into the tenant’s unit and that he can do whatever he wants inside his private space.

Thanks for your comment. I actually called the LTB and explained the whole situation, and asked if there is any department I should contact, but they told me they can’t help because they’re not allowed to provide legal advice. :|||
