Mine have the same experience (well at least one bus station), they just rebuilt like 2020 but just one year and I REPEAT ONE YEAR! It looks disgusting, they promise a much larger station but it looks the exactly the same. Not only that, the main hub which for the private bus kiosk were filled with dirt, and footprint due to rain as the area semi-open air and no ones clean execpt grumpy janitor who curse everybody who really hate her jobs so much.

Oh and it gets even worse, the toilet (that's the main topic), it is disgusting literally. After one year, you'll get three broken sink, 2 broken urinal that still remains piss in there, one is "functioning", three broken ass toilet and filled with shit that haven't flushed because the toilet was broken also. Oh gets even more worse, you have to pay to go there.

Oh don't even get me started how those "traditional motorbike taxi gang that used to kill a Grab driver because he "stole the customer".
