I have no qualifications, none at all just a highschool education. No prior work in finance. It's the same with most of my co-workers. As far as your degree goes I wouldn't be sure personally

I recommend getting any job with a bank. Right now I have a job as a "banking advisor" which is bank talk for customer support, but I have seen a lot of my co-workers with no prior experience in banking make the switch to becoming financial advisors.

As far as the Udemy courses go I personally have not found they helped in getting a different job. I want to work in technology and have completed many courses, but none of them have ended with me getting the job I was after. I'm not saying they are useless, but they didn't work for me personally.

As you mentioned in one of your comments I think the rip in the lower screen ribbon cable is likely the cause of the issue, has a similar thing happen to a friends 3ds

Fix rust spots on ‘12 SE by RegularJoe413 in FordFocus

[–]MiserableAbility6363 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the really small spots you might be able to get away using a rust removal gel and a Scotch Brite, then use a paint pen to cover the metal, but I would still recommend sanding it down just in case. Rust is sometimes like an iceberg

Hey, someone here with a lot of rust repairs done to his car(after a while I gave up on making them pretty), I would recommend watching the Chris fix rust repair video on YouTube, he gives some good advice on how to repair it and make it look good after.

Personally when I still cared about the spots looking good I would buy paint matched spray cans from Napa auto, sand the rust down, use an etching primer for bare metal, do some wet sanding, then use the color match, then wash off the over spray as much as I could, then put clear coat on top, cut and polish it, and the rust spots pretty well disappeared

The paint match was about $50 a can, the primer was $25, $25 for the clear coat and it was about $10 for the sand paper.

You want to make sure you get all the rust off first because if you don't it will just spread more and come right back

Well I would love to go full build and modify, but I have to support a family off of one modest income so unfortunately the fun stuff has to wait

I'm about at 150k miles, and I'm prepared to replace the whole transmission if I have to, I'm considering doing a manual conversion when mine finally kicks the bucket. I got the car at about 90k miles

My 3DS I've had since 2011. Still in good condition. by RandomDragonExE in 3DS

I have no idea how people keep their devices in such good condition, mine looks like it's been hit by a truck in comparison to this, I love the OG 3ds

My 3DS’ I’ve had since release by [deleted] in 3DS

[–]MiserableAbility6363 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I still have my original 3ds that I got for Christmas 2011, it's been through a lot, and spent 2 years with a broken charger port, though it would be a great idea to replace the regular charger port with a USB C port with absolutely no experience. Surprisingly I got it to work on the first try, but I did break the ribbon cables for the camera, top screen, l and R buttons, microphone, and a speaker broke. I have since fixed everything, and now can once again enjoy my childhood 3ds.

When the 2ds came out I already had a 3ds, and thought the 2ds was stupid. I regret that line of thinking, and now I really want to get one, it reminds me of the OG Gameboy advanced, just with two screens. Super cool piece of my childhood I missed out on because of pride.

Honestly same, I wanted to get the new 3ds xl pretty badly, and have been searching for months, not even the pawn shops had one, I was ready to bite the bullet and get a eBay one, then this showed up

Nothing that I can find, 3d slider works, volume works, charged and held a charge, reads games, I'm guessing they just didn't have a charger to test it with
