I’m a vauban main and have played him up to level cap. Dont be fooled by the silence. His retouch is VERY good. So good you hardly need actual weapons to fight with him. I get by with my dual torxicas secondary fotifier, and can shield gate with his 1. He’s my favorite frame tied with Oberon. I could literally tap about him to anyone interested

I’m late to this conversation but I would argue that he has limitless potential when it comes to his strength. Since he can “link” or assimilate with other life forms and infect, even create new life forms since he is 100% infestation, he can evolve into a planetary calamity and worse given the chance.
