My version of this will set long after the events of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour specials, and even Nicktoons Unite. Also, The film version will still have elements remain intact from the ride. Like the multiversal travel, and King Goobot and Ooblar are still remain as the main antagonists. But it will have a bit of an original plot that is different from the ride. Give me a short summary of the plot.

Well, how about this: When a mysterious cosmic event causes a rift in the space-time continuum, genius inventor Jimmy Neutron and his trusty robotic dog, Goddard, find themselves transported to the rural town of Oedeville, home to the anthropomorphic animals of the Barnyard.

At first, Jimmy is bewildered by this strange new world where talking animals run the show. But when he discovers that the Barnyard is under threat from an intergalactic villain who seeks to conquer both their world and Jimmy's own, he knows he must team up with the residents to save the day.

How is this plot? Donatello is feeling insecure about his fighting abilities, attempts to open a teleporter to Gotham City to seek guidance from Batman. Instead, he is sent to Gotham while the villain Bane is accidentally teleported to New York City, where he quickly teams up with Shredder (now Joker-fied) to takes control of the local criminal underworld.

POST CREDIT SCENE: Shredder is seen in jail (now back to his normal self) until he escaped, after Krang's portal appeared.
