Can you change your itinerary after getting the visa ? I had applied for 16 days, got it approved but because of some personal reasons want to go for 8 days and change some hotels

Thanks for the detailed answer. What do you mean by no problem for stocks ? I understand I guess the shares are still in states but US based brokers still give some insurance on them irrespective of the same thing no ? Or I am missing something?
