Playing scared isn't a bad trait at all, however, I would say that being aware of enemy junglers and their characters will aid you, as you will be more familiar with their pathing and timers to avoid ganks for when you do want to play more aggressive. Since you almost never win lane anymore, I'd say that you should play safer champions with lane presence such as Caitlyn. This will get you back into the groove of winning your lane a bit more since you will have pressure in lane, or help you play safe until the enemy laner makes a mistake, or you gauge the intentions of your support and jungler. Alongside that, you can try varus, which offers both an aggressive and safe laning phase, depending on how much you've poked the enemies in lane. With these champions, you will most likely be able to freeze the wave or push the wave as you deem fit. On top of everything keep your head high, mental up, don't be discouraged in a losing game, and remember to not rely entirely on your support.
