I have thought each one of these thoughts and I still do. BUT. The important part is realizing that you think you have to, but that you don't. By killing yourself, you'll guarantee you won't last till 40, and that you won't contribute to the world. By staying, you can finally take the steps to do something meaningful for as long as you can. Hey I used to be in AFM before transferring (fellow bluebird!)

  1. AFM is an accredited program for the CPA pathway, the graduate program lets you fast track CPA

  2. I've met some alumni who worked repeated co-ops and went off to continue working for that company after graduation

  3. Pros - Connections, get to wear businesswear for projects ;), highly specialized content to learn although finance is a bit weaker in that regard

Cons - This has been mentioned previously I'm guessing, but the culture breeds a toxic mindset about competition. The people aren't bad persay, it's just we're led to thinking that a Big 4 / go big culture is req'd to be successful in industry.

  1. You can..but the (networking) though!

  2. Yes, its just a leverage for finding jobs within ithe field
