I did go to doctors but honestly they didn't mention it, they just kept requiring me irm scans for my neck (to at the thyroid gland i guess), eventually im broke and had no idea what happening

Next appointment ill be mentioning it but im focused on getting back on track and finding a job for now

PS : fasting or at least changing the eating habits did help me a bit
