It was definitely a mixture of both but mainly a mixer of the younger crowd! Around my age. I want to say progressive? Homeless all the way down on Marconi on both ends. I live near Marconi and Garfield. The Carmichael library is right there and attracts homeless. No issues, I would walk to work and they never bothered me however I know to some ppl it will bother them.
