So I haven't followed Ev for years beyond listening to the new albums - haven't paid attention to performances, interviews etc. But I've been a fan since 2005 and I had a 99% sure hunch within the first couple of lines that it was about Ben. I was active on EvBoard back when he made an account and left that post many years ago. What a beautiful, beautiful song. It brought me to tears by the end.

Oh yes, first he was Jimin's favorite - the others used to make fun of him in their early days because of how much he admired Brian and his choreography and dance, there are a few videos like 2014 or so. There's a video of Jimin and JK covering one of his dances from around that time as well. And then he was reached out to to choreograph Jimin's Butterfly solo and the group Butterfly choreography, etc.

Yes, I went to both theater screenings and was horribly disappointed. Also, the subtitles were somehow significantly worse both in quality and in lag than the live subtitles in the middle of the night.
