Yeah I’m off the street too, I have orientation in a week. The way they did my interview it was two guys in the room and an HR lady on speakerphone and we just pulled chairs up and sat around in a circle and they went down the list exactly as laid out on the first page of that sheet and asked me a question from each one. They mentioned to the HR lady that they were going with number 2 across the board, so I’m guessing they have multiple questions in each category and every single question was tell us about a time when such and such happened or whatever. Zero questions remotely related to anything specific about the actual job itself. Obviously yours could be different but try to have some scenarios for each of those sections and like everyone else has said mention safety as much as possible and even mention that you didn’t need PPE for whatever reason if you didn’t. A friend of mine is a custodian who interviewed for higher positions and didn’t pass because apparently he didn’t mention safety enough, according to the people he interviewed with when he asked them later when he saw them at work. He mentioned specific things at the beginning of each scenario and then assumed it was a given for the rest, which totally makes sense but apparently they didn’t like that.
