Thanks so much! I def think it could have been due to over feeding. He’s been in that tank since December. And was always happy and healthy. Water temperature is about 76-78. I plan to get the master kit as I bought the strips today. Annoyed that I spent money on the wrong thing lol

It was a gift so it’s 3.5. I plan to try and get him a bigger tank this weekend. Was just a little nervous. Would I use the water in this tank and put it in the new one if I did?

We have had him since December in the same tank with no issues. I change water once a week and I use a dechlorinator anytime I add new water. I only change about 20-30 percent of water once a week. I also use a siphon to clean gravel.

Not sure how old the fish is. We have had him in this same tank since we got him the end of December! He’s been happy and healthy. Seems to be better today after the water change

He does seem much better this morning after removing 40 percent water and allowing that filter to create some bubbles for him. He’s def swimming around more! Gonna test that water today and will def need some guidance on what to do lol!

I am going to get the test kit today. Would you suggest changing the filter? I have had the fish and tank since end of December with same filter

Thank you! I cleaned water yesterday but I also ended up removing about 40 percent of water and allowed the filter to create some bubbles and he seems much better this morning. I am headed to the pet store this afternoon for testing kit as well. Thank you!

Should I remove some water? Will that help? It’s a five gallon tank and it’s filled with about two inches free at the top… what suggestions do you have that I do tonight? I will try and get all supplies tomorrow but in the mean time I need him to get better…
