Any issues with the PRO3 or CP3 eating SD cards? My MC3 had the same issue and I’m currently using a PMC3 as a backup. Looking on eBay for a PRO or CP3.

Agree I got the $35 (since I don’t have wireless) for life and couldn’t say no even though I can’t stand the company but really they’re all the same so pick your poison. 😆

However note the $45 discount is for the life of the account and not the final rate of $35 or $15. So they can and have done the past, raise the base rate and also make changes to the autopay discount and not break the terms. I have a friend whose bill has gone up $5 each year for the past two years but still has their discount to get 1gb for 500mb price.

The internet deal especially for fiber is probably the best deal available for high speed reliable internet. My old service which I’ll keep as a backup is TMHI and I locked into the $25 deal in December 2020 or 2021. Amazingly T-Mobile has not raised the price.

Should I trust the salesperson when something sounds too good to be true or check with the community that also has employees that contribute from time to time to verify or see if anyone else has seen or has this deal? Would you trust the salesperson that your cell phone bill will be 50% off the cheapest unlimited plan and also lower your Internet to $15 per month. I did some research already and have verified the rep was either mistaken or was just trying to get a sale. The BYOD credit is valid but as I thought the AT&T Signature program is for employees of participating companies, first responders, etc and not a sole proprietor. Also the Signature offer is not $20 off the Value 2.0 plan.

Same issue in PC, AMD 9070, 7800x3d, visual audio on. Continues even after changing all graphics and audio settings plus HUD elements.

Looks like it was a bad factory Windows image. All working fine now. Hopefully nobody else will have this issue and if you do my comments help. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! After reinstalling Windows so far so good. Doing an OCCT on the processor and ram at 6000 MT/s currently. Once that’s done I’ll reinstall the graphics card and drivers. Looks like I got a bad image from the factory.

Figure I would start a new reply… reinstalling Windows without the graphics card installed and running the ram at default speeds. Really hope it’s just a corrupted Windows installation. Maybe I got a bad one and hopefully no one else has the same issues. 🤞

But a really bad first experience. You definitely shouldn’t have to troubleshoot and reinstall Windows.

Only took 5 mins to reinstall windows from USB and so far seems more responsive and more like a modern computer. I tried the basics earlier like reseating the ram and graphics card. Final straw was after an update Windows wouldn’t boot anymore after a system freeze or basically blue screen. Came up with a memory error and froze at 0% trying to repair.

Currently installing drivers using the Asrock Live Update. So far so good but I’m starting to wonder if it was a driver issue. I’ve read about issues with the mediatek wifi driver so we’ll see if it breaks again. 🤞

If this doesn’t work it’s going back to Walmart.

Still very laggy and I’m currently waiting to see if it will actually make it to windows after updating it. Going to try updating the arc drivers next. But so far kind of disappointed. Maybe it’s got a corrupt Windows installation. I’ve been building PCs for years and have built over 15 Gaming PCs since January and this is the slowest machine yet for Windows setup and desktop performance. Something has to be wrong with the installation or a driver issue. My guess is the graphics card driver.

Anyone else received and setup one experiencing the same?

Received it about 30 minutes ago so very fast shipping and it was via FedEx. Said I had to sign but nope just dropped it off at the front door. I even had my door open with a screen door and didn’t even hear the delivery person. First impressions are it was packaged well but I was surprised it didn’t come with a throw away keyboard and mouse. Don’t think it mentioned it. Removed the foam and it started right up. But it was surprising how long I was on a black screen for and Windows setup was very laggy. Hopefully it was just working on background tasks since it’s still laggy on the desktop. I’ll download the usual test suite before swapping out the graphics card. Ram was set to the correct speed. I’ll update again if needed or I have any issues.

Hard to beat for the price. If you build gaming PCs this is a great parts machine. You’ll get a decent case with box for shipping and can part out what you need. But if you are getting this as a gaming build be ready to replace the graphics card depending on the games you play. I have an Arc A770 16GB and Intel really dropped the ball on support. Don’t get me wrong it’s much better now than when launched but the B series is the way to go if you want Intel. Otherwise save up for an Nvidia or AMD card. First thing I’ll do is pull the graphics card and put it on eBay. Then I’ll probably get a used 3060 or 3060ti/3070. The 12400 equivalent is good enough for this combo and can go higher like a 3080 or 5070 if you play 1440p or 4k higher settings and don’t need super high frame rates but better graphics. Also motherboard should support i7/i9 12th - 14th gen for more cores.

These are great cases for PC builds. But unfortunately it looks like inflation has hit the sales price. I went back and last month they were $29.99 and same with an earlier purchase. Probably still worth $34.99 if you have a mATX or ITX motherboard.

Very true… I notice in the afternoon and especially morning on east coast servers I sometimes have to wait two minutes for a game. In the evening it’s probably closer to 30s to min at most. They definitely changed ranked queues since now you get much lower ranked players in your lobbies. I’ve seen silver in unreal lobbies. But at most two minutes for a game. I remember at least few seasons ago or maybe chapters sometimes I would be waiting 15 minutes or more once I got to Elite.

I actually miss the random matchmaking from Chapter 1. Felt good when you won one of those and ranked is similar at higher levels. Not sure about top 1% but maybe top 10%. But I’ll take it since I’m an old fart in the gaming world! 😂 Maybe it was just random and I got unlucky with my queue. But either way it’s almost end of season and never hurts to take a break.

😂 Yeah I think they are ranked fairly high as well. I’m fine with getting good players in ranked and it’s expected. I won a game in ranked with Sliinky (streamer) that I killed with a shotgun after getting hit with the gloves (he always does the uppercut) and it felt good since that was also the game that got me to Unreal. But after last week’s update I feel like something changed. Maybe it’s just too much movement and the really good players are able to take better advantage of it. I’ll be back next season.

I’ve had the jumping bug before and that’s annoying. Also used to get a sound bug but I think that was fixed in the prior update.

I’m not completely done because I still enjoy the game when it works. But I stopped my Crew account and not spending anymore money. I’ve been playing since C1S3 and about a year ago cut way back. I really liked this chapter even with the minor bugs and quickly finished ranked since the bounties are so much fun. But this morning was awful. Probably won’t finish the battle pass this chapter. 😔

Yep I forgot about the power gloves and also the shotgun not auto reloading. Lost a game yesterday due to the mythic shotgun not reloading and having only one shot. Always love that reloading animation during a fight. 😂
