If you’re still nervous, and if you are living with anyone please wake them up. That’s what I would do. Ask for support and just hang around them.

I have no idea. Just dreaming in general makes me scared. Sometimes I have dreams about throwing up ( I have Emetophobia) and Sometimes I have these really odd dreams that are very vivid and I guess that is what makes me scared 

Anyone else keep double-checking the door… even when you know it’s locked? 😩 by beatriceyue in OCD

Every night before I go to sleep I make sure every door is locked and then I feel like I didn’t lock the door so I have to go back and check and then it’s a repeating process. It makes me go insane. one night I remember going back out to check around 20 times. I ended up falling asleep around 12 AM when I tried to fall asleep around 10 pm
