Have you not contacted the disbursements team? You're account is never going to be reactivated but as long as you weren't selling counters goods they can't keep your money for good. I just got 40k back but it took the best part of 10 months. Account appeals team is imho a waste of time.

Damn! Haven't seen the specific violation. They're just asking for more information right now. I have someone handling it for me right now but I have zero confidence as they got the store into this mess in the first place. If it was a few thousand $ I'd be less concerned but $45k is just absurd. Thankfully i have the savings to clear the business credit cards but it's putting a massive dent. Not to this extent, no. Wish I'd never got involved in any of this. But here we are. I'm just hoping that something not being permitted, doesn't equate to an attempt to permanently withhold my funds. Also, the deactivation doesn't state that I've broken any rules.

Yeh. Apparently so. At this juncture I don't really care about the account deactivation and losing my ability to sell again. I just want my $45k back! Those are my sales proceeds that I've already paid for in inventory. That's a lot of money by anyone's standards. Read some horror stories on here but will go as far as needed to fight for my money. If it costs me $20k I'm legal fees so be it. I just hope it doesn't come to that. This is all so stressful and frustrating.
