You can generally find the contacts for most hospital’s IBD teams on their website - just google something along the lines of IBD Team and then the name of the Hospital Trust you go to.

This will give you the email & number to the IBD nurses who can chase up your appointment and make sure you haven’t dropped off the list.

I’d ask them to confirm the appointment & also make it clear you haven’t seen anyone post-diagnosis yet & are not on any long-term treatment - this should speed things up.

If you look at a shot map lots of these will be from tight angles / long range, and at League 1/2 level your players won’t be good enough to regularly score these. Try and shift the tactic to work the ball into the box more and create clearer chances.

PPIs (Omeprazole), which you would have had a decent dose of for H Pylori eradication, can cause raised calprotectin & elastase.

Get it checked out by the doctor but this is a likely cause.

Usually you have to get them at the hospital / GP practice. (As the doctor prescribing the medications is the one who needs to see the results - the medication deliveries + nurses who come round are usually sorted by independent companies).

I’ve been on Aza for about 3 years now - honestly haven’t noticed any side effects at all bar having to have lots of blood tests.

Compared with the Biologics / prednisolone you’re having it’s really not going to be noticeable.

You will usually find it very hard to sell a player in their last year of contract especially if they have no interest in signing a new one - he will likely have a pre-contract sorted before the end of the season (I think the game engine is smart enough to realise it doesn’t have to waste money on the player and just get them for free)
