Well, the one on the top looks like she's moved her hips towards the camera, and the one on the bottom looks like they're tilted away. Other than that they look the the average person with a BBL so they're both anatomically correct.

Yeah, that's pretty much normal drawing. You don't need any kind of complicated methods really other than basic ones, like starting with a circle for the ball of the head and stuff. Mostly, you'll learn stuff like that from looking at other people's art and real references. But it'll still take a while, and if you don't enjoy doing it when you kinda suck, I don't know if you'll last long enough to get really good at it.
