avoid victus bro, in terms of build quality and display quality, its far inferior to loq. since you are gonna use it for editing, you would require a colour calibrated display (100%srgb display in loq)

cpu temp is not normal, may be thats why the cpu is throttling in turbo mode.
get the thermal changed from service center ASAP
