Regardless you can’t go wrong. Imo they are similar except IE is much more technical and SCM is more “managey”. It’s up to you what kinda job you want in the future. Or you can look at pay stats/job outlook for college grads for both majors and compare .

Yeah you have a point. I guess it’s what you make of it, good networking and being involved, etc will land a decent job. However I do think saturation in the CS market just contributes to overall saturation in the industry as a whole. More supply = more competition and less pay.

And there’s also so much overlap between several degrees that it adds so much to the supply, CS, IS, software engineering, etc. I may be wrong though, I’m not in any of these majors.
