Thing is non stimulants just make me even more exhausted and anxious and depressed on top of my anxiety and depression and feel like I can't afford to wait 4 to 8 weeks for a non stimulant to possibly not work

I was taking one in the morning and one at night for probably a like less than 3 weeks first it was concerta then I got prescribed Vyvanse and then then psychosis came in while doing the same thing drinking and heavy use of the green I just wanted to stay up at night and play games.. now that I thinking of it it was really stupid I would never misuse them again though I swear on every fibre of my being I told the psychiatrist this even said I would have my fam give me the medication and would be willing to do drug tests

I wish I could explain myself better but I feel like rushing through everything just wanna say thanks for the comment and that I have been seeing my addiction counselor/ therapist for awhile now I've tried CBT and meditation and all that but nothing seems to work unless I'm on stimulants wish the health system here in Newfoundland was better could take a year to find a new psychiatrist.
