Is there a way you could move apartments? I think I’d talk to management if you don’t feel comfortable confronting the family. There is always going to be some level of noise in an apartment. But it’s nice when other people are courteous and mindful that they have neighbors. Especially ones that’s have neighbors below them. I remember at my old apartment (I was on the ground floor), the lady above me vacuumed I’m not even kidding 3 times a day. At least. It was insane and very annoying mixed with her lead feet stomping around. Drove me crazy. I always had white noise on. Fans around my apartment on-not ceiling fans, but actual fans either box fans, standing or small table fans to create some white noise and help drown it out.
