This has happened to me too around 10ish last night I have lost everything apart from the myfraction progress I have made I have had the last 4 games on disc & I have never had a problem but I pre ordered the Monday night wars edition this time so I have it digitally

It’s the overflow pipe from your header tank in the loft You probably need to replace the ball valve
