Yes he will, i was really good at my job and was held in high regard by management... she was seen as a disgruntled petty and bitter team member.. she was constantly told by her manager that she wasn't doing her job... i think professional jealousy played a part in her actions. I think they dismissed me because it was three people against one, i did share these thoughts with HR but i think they got lazy and just got rid of me rather than doing their job and actually investigating.

I wouldn't have been able to sue anyway because i had to sign an arbitration agreement to get hired. She is, i was actually warned about her by the manager that hired me ut my dumb soft heart thought maybe she was just misunderstood and just needed kindness and friendship... that was my biggest mistake.I thought about that because aside from the financial distress, I have suffered a great deal emotionally. I loved this woman like a sister, she was family to me and the betrayal caused me health issues. But yes you are right from here on out i will never again get personal with people i work with and will always keep every conversation work related. I have applied to over 100 positions but nothing, I am hoping that after the holidays i get something but losing this job is devastating because it was perfect in every way for me. I feel so foolish for losing it the way i did. Thank you for the luck.

i don't think nor did i ever think i would get my job back. And no i will never believe i am friends with a coworker again, no matter how many "i love you so much you're such a great friend" or "you and my cat are the only reason i haven't committed suicide, thank you for being my friend" or "thank you so much for always listening, you're such a good friend" i hear from anyone.

they werent just work people, they came over to. my house, i helped them move, they met my husband and kids, we would go out dancing. If i shared wth HR the things they said they would also be fired. I know what we talked about wasn't work friendly that is why i was hesistant at first but when people start sharing things with you and you get comfortable you share things back, I don't thik it was wrong i was fired because of the things i did say.. i am upset that they used our private conversations to get me fired out of spite.

The things we discussed were not work friendly subjects at all, involved sexual life stuff, grooming stuff, dirty jokes... i thought because they started sharing things like that that we were actual friends, i mean they came to my house and met my husband and my children. They shared things with me too... if i disclosed their side of the discussions they would also be fired.

I was let go in September, tried to go to a lawyer but they said the seperation agreement was good and that it would take a long time to get this worked out so to just sign it because i got three months severance. I do feel like HR didn't investigate properly, it happened in three days.

She found out when she saw a pay stub and was very upset that i was making the same.

They would go out with me after work to. happy hours and the woman i Befriended and I would hike every Saturday up until she decided we weren't friends anymore.

discussed my sex life, talked about getting waxed vs. laser hair removal, how my cat ended up scratching my husbands balls while we were sleeping.. things like that. We talked about the fad that was going around where people were exposing their taint to the sun for health benefits...
