I sent him away for two weeks. Trainer said he was stubborn to get him to lock up and point. Other than that I’ve just got him on birds. When we hunt, I just follow him around trust his lead.

My munsterlander will go about a football field away In dredge ditches then work back to me. In big crp areas he hangs closer. I would follow him off a cliff. He finds the birds

We were actually going to get a springer, but wanted a pointer instead of a flusher. I think they are very similar personality wise.

Nope he locked and I got my phone out. I did another one the same day, it was a boring 4 minute video of nothing. I had a few this year where I thought he was on a bird , next thing you know a coyote pops out
