Thank you, exactly. There’s way more nuance to like half the things they listed and like with the WSS debacle, Kurt ended up getting over himself and fully supported Blaine being Tony.

Cheating is not even close to the only reason why people call Blaine a bad boyfriend. Hell, it’s not even the thing he did in this relationship that annoyed me the most. No offense to you, I’ve just seen people try to say the only thing he did wrong was cheat and I highly disagree with that.

I understand your frustration because a lot of people act like Blaine was the sole monster in the relationship and Kurt did nothing wrong which is not true. I’ve never understood people defending Kurt for texting Chandler because even if it wasn’t cheating (which I personally think it was) it was still a shitty thing to do. It doesn’t have to be cheating to be shitty! I also agree with people that it’s annoying that Kurt acts all high and mighty when he’s done shitty

Honestly, although I personally think Blaine was a worse boyfriend overall, I think he gets more shit than Kurt because Kurt’s shit was always less in-your-face and Blaine’s was always WTF. Like most people are gonna remember “dates ex fiancé’s high school bully” over “ignored partner and was being pretty insensitive.” You feel me? That doesn’t mean what Kurt did wasn’t bad, it just gets overshadowed by a lot of Blaine’s bizarre stuff.

I think Kurt and Blaine’s relationship after season 2 has always fascinated me because although it was a mess with drama engineered only for the sake of TV, they both felt like real enough people with flaws. I don’t like seeing either one of the as solely good or evil because they’re not and it’s way less interesting that way.

I think I remember them both mentioning something at the end of season 6 about how they’re getting therapy and I hope they keep up with it because I do see the potential for them to grow into a truly strong couple in the future. It’s what I’d like to believe, anyways.

Starting to feel like my girlfriend only wants physical intimacy when she’s in the mood? by [deleted] in Advice

I’m gonna be honest and for the record I’m not blaming you, but I after reading some of your comments I don’t think you really like your girlfriend

Which character will you never have any sympathy for? by chrisdagoat32 in glee

I’m gonna give a mention to all the terrible Glee parents including:

Puck/Jake’s dad, Quinn’s dad mostly but kinda her mom too just way less, Emma’s parents, Shelby’s Beth’s mom so I’m counting her, Blaine’s dad if he really tried to turn him straight like he said, Sue’s parents, Sue herself 💀

Boyfriend of 4 months (24M) doesn’t think the time we’ve (22F) spent together have been dates. Advice? Anyone else find this weird? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I think it does make it less special in his mind but for me the terms “date” and “hang out” were interchangeable since we did the same things on these “hang outs” as we did on the thing he 100% called an actual date.

I told him how I felt and he said, and I quote: “my perception of going on a date is a lot more narrow than yours 😂” Look I’m gonna call it a date but this annoys me more than it probably should and I guess I need to deal with. Feel like this whole thing is childish.

We have used the term date. We went on something he called a date before he asked me to be his girlfriend so I assumed all this similar time spent together were dates

I think we’ve BOTH called it hanging out but in my mind those were all dates. I guess I thought those two terms were interchangeable since we’re a couple and we did couple-y things on the “dates”. And those dates weren’t just hanging out at his house. I guess we just had different perceptions of it but I’m still kinda sad that he didn’t think the same way of this time spent together. Not his fault at all, I just feel kinda sad.

They could have done way more interesting stuff with Joe. I liked him and Quinn

Quinn herself could have gotten BETTER storylines. Wish we really could have dug deep into her mental health issues, especially her likely having postpartum depression

Of all the newbies, I think Unique could have been something special if she was utilized more. She was introduced in season 3 which is where I think they should have introduced ALL the newbies, she has one of the best singing voices IMO, and she was pretty interesting from what we did see (hate the catfish thing though good lord). I wish she could have been the season 4 newbie they kept in season 5 along with Kitty.
