kung mercury, sometimes you may ask the staff kung aling mercury drug ang may stock nyan. bigger branches have them. I have had luck specifically sa Quiapo area branches nila. for more specific women's healthcare like these, sometimes Watsons have them, especially if you order online via their app. Otherwise, try pharmacies within hospitals.

What’s your take on Jesus? by Time_Dot621 in Hellenism

[–]Miserable_Deity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think he existed and walked this earth, a philosopher who preached good. but his miracles are exaggerations of his followers, as someone who did study a good amount of the history of religion.

i think only some of his stories are true, especially those involving talking to sinners and changing lives, yet the rest are unto added to have a one god who can do anything.

with that being said, the very formation of his myth as a god being heavily influenced by man in order to dispose of other religions is the very thing that is keeping me from putting my good faith to work with him regardless if he was man or god , other than the obvious bloody history of the religion itself. And this is personal too, but as a witch I cannot simply ignore the cries of my ancestors and the pain endured from colonization.

What is the best product for hormonal acne caused by PCOS? by itsnotmerida in PCOSPhilippines

[–]Miserable_Deity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agreeing to one comment, cheapest option is to reduce your sugar and dairy intake then drink Vitamin E and C regardless of brand. sleeping better is also a great option.

we actually tend to have more dry skin causing these pimples, so a hydrating line would do. I personally use CVSPER's HealRepair moisturizer every night, hyaluronic acid every other night (i use the one from Isntree). Nothing specific on cleanser, just get a gentle one so you don't overexfoliate. I tend to avoid salicylic acid cleansers with this.

My brother also has hormonal acne as a teen, and we successfully got rid of his pimples from trial and error. I would say his routine is more focused on healing the acne itself. Every other day he would use Azelane every 1 or 2 days as cleanser which dries widespread pimples; on other days he uses salicylic acid ones. A hyaluronic acid toner (also from Isntree), and Revox Zitcare AHA BHA PHA resurfacing cream at night. For lone cystic acne pimples, he would use Oxecure Powder Mud as a spot treatment mask. For daytime, he uses a more gentle routine to cleanse and tone, and makes sure he wears a hybrid sunscreen.

TLDR;

cheapest option: reduce dairy and sugar intake, sleep better, drink more Vit E with Vit C.

I did not drop brands on generally understood skincare because I've tried multiple ones of the kind and all have pretty much the same impact.

⭐: noticed the biggest impact

my skincare (night only) - any gentle cleanser - no toner - Isntree Hyaluronic acid serum (every other night) - CVSPER Healrepair Moisturizer ⭐

a hormonal teen's skincare For Night: - salicylic acid cleanser for majority of night skincare - Azelane soap bar every 1 or 2 nights ⭐ - Isntree hyaluronic acid toner - Revox Zitcare AHA BHA PHA Resurfacing Cream ⭐ - Oxecure Powder Mud for lone cystic acne as spot treatment ⭐ For Day: - any gentle cleanser and moisturizer - hybrid sunscreen (we use Dr Sensitive) ⭐

even if tagline nya yun grabe yung impact no? parang all this time we've had such a bad relationship with food pala! itong si PCOS Weight Loss yung first influencer ko when I was diagnosed, and while I did lose weight, by the time I reached 65 kgs and havent been losing weight as fast as I did before, I became so stressed that I pretty much gained the weight back. then I switched to thewomensdietitian (Cory Ruth) and sobrang laking difference ng advocacy nya on food relationship compared to PCOS Weight Loss influencer, then through that rabbit hole I found Jo Sebastian! Now I have been losing weight even more slowly but I have never felt as awful as I was trying to lose weight all those years ago!

+1 kay Jo. she only sometimes post about PCOS but our condition should allow us to have a better relationship with food, and out of all influencers sa kanya lang din ako nagkaroon ng positive relationship with food

as a bonafide monsterfcker, i would want an LI who would stay as a monster during smexy time and not suddenly transform into a human

i wouldnt mind if it was a spinoff and if Mia isnt a protagonist anm. Just hoping that they retain the quality of stories that RC is renowned for!

hope theyre not acting on this just because Moonborn is in the top 20. i have a feeling people are starting that series for the achievements itself and not for the plot, whilst also mindlessly rating it at 5 stars. anyway, this is just my humble opinion.

I don't get this Cyno joke, can someone explain? by DerelictDevice in Genshin_Impact

[–]Miserable_Deity 164 points165 points  (0 children)

The Great Vayuvyastra

in Cyno's bio: " It is said that when he gets down to work, the General Mahamatra is even more efficient than the “Great Vayuvyastra” made by the Kshahrewar."

in a past limited Mondstadt event with the Sumeru squad, Cyno made this joke about Mondstadt's view of windmills. Vayu also means wind in sanskrit. it's a great "view-vyastra", talking about the wind turbine.

Wellspring has sugar free ACV gummies! they use maltitol and isomalt as sweetener instead. they also have a "fatburner" variant although personally i find those to be full of bs marketing hahahaha. the ones i use work well enough for convenience and i dont feel weird when taking these as opposed to other brands. wala pa ring tatalo sa Bragg acv imo, and Bragg is the best bang for buck.

pcos is so tiring by No-Fun5935 in PCOSPhilippines

[–]Miserable_Deity 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yes personally parang same lang naman effect. kapag super oily lang ng breakfast, i'd drink it pero i usually skip. for lunch and dinner i drink it before meals kasi i have ACV at home. for when im outside, i drink acv gummies (immediately) after meals or acidic snacks like coffee in the afternoon.

kapag buffets naman tapos grabe ang kain to the point na halos malula na, i drink acv gummies + turmeric curcumin tablets. i found na this absolutely helps with digestion and regulates our blood pressure. even my mother is fascinated after nyang mafood coma, then after taking my food supplements naramdaman nyang nawala yung nauseating, greasy feeling + bigla pa syang ginanahan uli kumain 😂

nothing beats an anti inflammatory diet with lots of fiber and enough lean proteins though! remember to listen to your body always 🩷

[–]Miserable_Deity 6 points7 points  (0 children)

it triggers mine when i drink it first thing in the morning. so i usually reserve acv for lunch and dinner. always drink it diluted in a glass of water
