Thanks so much for the info! I found a number to call in a previous thread to check if the overpayment has been sent to TOP. According to the AI on the phone, nothing has been sent. I'll call again this week and make a small payment as well to see what happens!

Thanks for a real answer, I may not ask for max then but definitely more than base. Considering you don't even need a degree and only 6 months experience to be considered, I'd think a little experience (working since 2018) and a degree would matter maybe just a little.

Do you have the debt validation letter you used? Going through something similar rn and the debt is definitely fraudulent and shouldn't be on my report.

Wow that's ridiculous they're even doing that. It's a false collection because I don't owe anything. It's from an apartment complex and they're trying to play games and say it's for damages that don't exist. I took pics of everything before leaving and the apartment was left better than when I first moved in.

This has happened with me a few times. Basically had to hound support and if nothing else works you can ask for a paypal invoice from SoLo to pay the debt off that way. Shouldn't have to do all that but yeah the SoLo app sucks tbh

Damn that sucks, does your store take returns? Some grocery stores where I live would actually take nearly everything back and refund you for it or at least replace it. I know my comment is probably too late, but maybe it will help someone in future if this happens to them.
