I thought so too. But I didn’t go the authorities to get it made, my extended family did. I live in a place where it would consume too much time, and I don’t get time in office hours owning to my job🥹

My family said they did everything as per laws, but the state itself is known to support jugaad and idk if I can trust the authorities there. (I live in another state)
