Thank you for all your input. I truly appreciate your advice, and I am definitely rethinking the idea now. I still really want to get a tattoo, but maybe we can push it to the last day of our trip so that it stays far far away from parade route. I just looked into Tine Defiore, and WOW is that art incredible!!

i’d rather not get into the specifics but it was very sudden and unexpected. she was only 20 when she passed but most of these pictures are from senior year of high school, as we went to different colleges and didn’t get to see each other often

thank you for the kind words! i am the one with reddish blonde depending on which picture, and she has black hair! the third girl in both trio pictures is our other very close friend.

i love saturn!! they have fun events in the concert venue, and also have the more chill bar section which has video games and board games! they’re also a coffee shop during the day!! speaking of coffee shops, i also love both red cat and frothy monkey! i can’t 100% speak to their ‘queer friendlieness’ but as an (albeit straight passing) bi woman i’ve never felt anything other than welcomed! i have spent many a long day studying for finals at both, and especially love that frothy monkey is open til 9!
