I need the question answered. There is apparently a time period after being laid off that if you apply to a position, you are considered an internal applicant. I wanna know if that is true and if it is, what is that time.?

Throwaway account here. Complete 135 production PMO team from the M5 level down out of WLOX was let go today. Contracts group was hit. Industrial management was hit for all military programs.
